The work

The agency that drives results.

An investor pitch, a sale, a board decision and an acquisition are won the same way. Not by how the materials look, but by whether the argument underneath them holds when someone pulls on it. That argument is built from research, tested against the scrutiny it will face and revised until every claim stands on evidence.

On the record

Proven outcomes. Disciplined execution.

Every company now has the same models, and the materials they produce read alike. A strong deck is no longer scarce. What still decides a raise, a sale or a board vote is the judgment applied before anything is drafted and the execution carried through to the close. VOR27 runs both, on every engagement, until the outcome lands.

Client reviews

Truly grateful for the team at VOR27. They produced an amazing pitch deck for our not-for-profit Veterans' organization. With the product VOR27 provided we will be able to effortlessly express our charity's goals and how to get involved.
I needed to create an institutional deck for a venture capital offering. The VOR27 team proved to be exceptionally professional throughout the entire process. They have a rare ability to extract your core story and present it in a way that's both professional and compelling – exactly what investors want to see.
Top-quality, investor and sales presentations. VOR27 established a visual language for expressing ideas, simple and complicated, within a flat and modern system.
An impressive investor presentation that generated a steady stream of compliments from investors, leading to a successful fundraising outcome.
An outstanding pitch book for our new Fund. We simply explained our goals and the details of the strategy, and VOR27 effectively translated this information to the narrative and design. Exactly the "feel" we were looking for on the first cut.
VOR27 surpassed my expectations. Feedback from a VC investor was it was the best startup deck he has ever seen.
Your attention to detail, creativity, and knowledge of the industry were evident throughout the entire process. We were particularly impressed with your ability to work quickly while maintaining such a high level of quality.

VOR27 proprietary products

Four products. One examination.

Every VOR27 engagement runs on one method. Research first, every figure sourced, every claim tested against the scrutiny it will face. These four products carry that method into the moments that decide a company or a fund.

Founder Anchors

Founder Anchors™ serve a company raising a round. Four documents, built in order, each with the work underneath it already done. The business plan sets the operating architecture across the first eighteen and thirty-six months. The go-to-market strategy sets the sequence of channels, with entry criteria and economics for each. The investor deck argues one investment thesis in the order investors read. The financial model carries projections, use of funds and unit economics, every line built to survive the associate who moves an assumption.

Fund Anchors

Fund Anchors™ serve a manager raising a fund. The thesis sets what the fund invests in, why the edge exists, why now, and the arithmetic that follows – check size, deployment pace, concentration, reserves, target returns. The investor strategy establishes which categories of capital fit the fund and what each requires before a first close. The deck argues one thesis in the order an allocator reads. The fourth anchor is the one nobody builds. Track record and attribution, deal by deal, with the manager's role stated on each and the aggregate the manager is entitled to claim, realized separated from marked.

Diligence Defense

Diligence Defense™ runs the examination before the market does. A company, a fund, a debt raise or a sale arrives with the materials it already has. Those materials are read the way the other side will read them, by the associate who moves the assumption, the allocator who asks which deals were whose, the lender who reprices the debt and the buyer's team that rebuilds the earnings from the ledger. Every figure is traced to its source. Every claim is tested against the evidence behind it. Every assumption is moved until something breaks. The finding comes back in writing, ranked by what would end the conversation first, with the fix for each. Where a document did not land, the argument underneath it is rebuilt. Where the foundation itself is missing, Founder Anchors™ and Fund Anchors™ build it.

Investor Landscape

Investor Landscape™ identifies the investors for a raise and builds the route to each one. Which categories of capital fit, which firms and funds inside each, what each one needs to see, and the order in which to approach them. Then the connection itself. The warm path to each investor, through co-investors, portfolio founders and advisors, and the sequenced outreach that turns a sourced list into meetings.

VOR27 is a marketing firm, not a securities firm or a law firm. These products are informational and not legal or investment advice.

Financial modeling

Institutional-grade models. Every asset class.

A financial model is not a prediction. It is a fiscal roadmap. It is the discipline that proves the thinking holds – the route no investor, lender, or partner will fund without first reviewing.

We build projections, three-statement models that link the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow into one integrated system, so every assumption flows through and holds, and scenario analyses across every asset class. The work is institutional-grade and delivered in fully unlocked Excel, built to withstand the scrutiny of the most discerning investors. For founders, that includes a use of funds that illustrates the capital deployment in the clearest visual language. Skip this element of the diligence process and the answer is "No" before the conversation ever starts.

Agency capabilities

One firm. Every discipline.

Corporate Presentations and Documents

The work that runs the company. Board decks and board presentations, sales decks, capabilities decks, conference and investor presentations. Business plans, strategic plans, executive summaries, white papers, annual reports, proposals and RFP responses, one-pagers. Presentation design and deck redesign in PowerPoint, including cleanup on AI-generated drafts that arrived looking finished and are not. Most of it never goes near an investor. It goes in front of a board that has heard the argument before, a business unit that has to execute it, or a partner deciding whether to commit. The standard does not move because the audience changed. The argument still has to hold when the questions get hard, and the document still has to make the case without you in the room to defend it.

Capital Markets Documents

The deal documentation that growth-stage companies, private equity and funds run on – confidential information memorandums, private placement memorandums, offering memorandums, due diligence documents, feasibility studies and data rooms, built to institutional standard. Pitch decks, investor decks and pitch books come off the same bench. Clients of VOR27 have raised, sold and closed more than $20 billion. Across the agencies publishing a figure at all, the nearest are an order of magnitude behind, and most are two. This is the case a company makes when the capital is serious, written and structured to survive the diligence that follows. For private equity, the pitch book is the same discipline aimed at a different audience.

Branding and HTML Websites

Brand identity, logo design, brand guidelines, and the print and digital collateral that carry them. HTML websites, landing pages, one-page sites and microsites, hand-built and owned outright rather than rented from a platform. The identity, the messaging and the site built as one coherent system, so the company looks as strong as the argument behind it.

Video

Explainer videos, product demo videos, animated presentations, motion graphics, vertical cuts for LinkedIn captioned for sound-off viewing, and long form for the site. Produced against a locked template, so a series holds its look across every release rather than drifting.

3D

3D product renders and product visualization, architectural rendering, CAD visualization and 3D animation. The discipline that puts a product in front of an investor before the product exists, which for a company raising against a prototype is the difference between describing the thing and showing it.

Advisory

Investor readiness and pitch coaching. Business valuation, exit readiness, buy-side and sell-side materials, mergers and acquisitions support. Fractional CMO engagements where the firm carries the function rather than advising on it. More than 2,000 engagements and more than $20 billion in client outcomes sit behind the counsel.

Data Rooms

Investor data rooms and diligence data rooms, built and hosted rather than rented. Tenant-isolated storage, a named account for every user, permissioned upload and download, and a record of who took what and when. Most firms send a shared folder link. This is the infrastructure a serious raise runs on, and it is available on its own.

Pricing

Fixed fees, quoted before the work begins. No hourly billing and no open end. The consultancies charge multiples of this for work that arrives thinner, later, and assembled by whoever was free that week. Clients of VOR27 have raised, sold and closed more than $20 billion, and the rates sit below what that record would ordinarily command.

The stakes

The aperture is closing.

Every industry is being rewritten. The businesses that make it through are not the biggest. They are the ones the market still understands. That understanding does not happen by accident, and it does not survive on its own. It gets built, or it gets lost, and by the time it shows up in the numbers the moment to answer it has already gone.

Connect

Stay above water.

The disruption is rewriting every industry. We build the argument that carries you through it, and keeps you in business on the other side.

Every message is read personally. We respond to email, contact form, and phone inquiries immediately during business hours.
